MCHarry & Associates is hiring an Architect | Project Manager for our office in Miami, Florida.

As an Architect | Project Manager you will be asked to manage multiple small/medium projects, coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, and estimates scope of work. Your responsibilities will include the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. This position serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client's satisfaction. You will actively manage client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments. In addition your responsibilities will include the production of fee estimates, determining the scope of work, and preparing the proposals and contracts.

MCHarry & Associates is hiring an Architectural Designer | Assistant Project Manager for our office in Miami, Florida.

As an Architectural Designer | Assistant Project Manager you will be asked to assist with the design and development of Design and Contract Documents on multiple projects, working as an integral part of our architectural team.  Your work will include verification of on-site conditions; design development; code analysis; production of construction documents; coordination with engineering sub-consultants; and documentation of meetings with the client, preparation of presentation graphics, and participation on project procurement presentations.
